Return Policy 

We take pride in curating high-quality, limited-inventory pieces. As such, we enforce a strict return policy:

*Returns must be requested within 7 days of in-store purchase or delivery date.

*Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags and packaging intact.

*Jewelry, accessories, special event items, and all sale or discounted items are final sale – no exceptions.

*Returns are for store credit only. We do not offer refunds.

*Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

*You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at stylehabitat1@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided in the email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
